My interactions with the management have mostly been very pleasant and I have found them very helpful in swiftly resolving any concerns and issues as long as it is within their control. I love it here! The quietness! how it’s tucked away from all the loud bustling city’s noise. Enjoying the nature of this complex. For all of the the negative reviews regarding cooking smells it is too bad. I’ve moved in and the odor of food was still present, got head aches from it. Not exaggerating here. It took me months to air out and even now after 6 months the smell is still there not as strong though

I really loved living here for the past year and a half. Community was safe and quiet, neighbors were friendly, and front office staff was always available. My apartment was in the perfect location, and if I ever had an issue, maintenance would help me right away. They were great! There is lots of parking, and a secret outlet/street to get you right to the running trails. Highly recommend!

I lived here for about a year and moving out only because of work :( The apartment was well kept ..grounds and pools were very well maintained. The gym has enough equipments and also very well maintained. The leasing office ladies are so amazing! Teri was so helpful with everything all the time.They always wear a smile and are happy to resolve anything for you. They are very good with emails too.I never had a single issue while my stay here. very peaceful and quiet environment. Rent was reasonable for a cozy apartment.I loved it here ! I will definitely miss this apartment!

Cannot confirm that the management office is run by a black witch. Management has been very courteous and I have never been asked to whisper in my apartment, in fact my wife and son are kind of loud I live next door to the manager and have never been asked to keep it down. Also, I have never seen a stray cat, however; several neighbors do have cats and if they are outside they typically have collars on. I have returned one cat that was out on a cold night to its owner because it was tagged. On comparison with apartments in other areas of the bay, these apartments are great. Lots of space, friendly neighbors and supporting staff.
